We did it.
Yesterday, the voters of San Bernardino County confirmed that they demand a change. By an almost 2-to-1 margin, they stood up for justice and accountability.
I want to thank each and every one of my supporters. Some hung signs, others told their friends how to vote. Some gave money, others gave time. Some just gave a hug or a smile when things looked grey. Everyone was invaluable.
I can’t possibly thank every person or group that put their faith in me – so do not feel slighted if you are not among them – but I wanted to give special recognition to:
- Katie, Maria, Nanny, Andrea, and everyone else on Team Wyatt – I could not have done this without you all – your strength inspired me & drove me to carry on;
- Melanie Cazin of Surefire Creations – for the best political website I’ve ever seen, and for your limitless energy and enthusiasm;
- The John & Ken Show – for hours spent educating the public, and for your honest outrage;
- Dr. Phil McGraw of The Dr. Phil Show – for shining a light on the horrible way Katie was treated;
- The Republican Party of San Bernardino County – for standing up for what is right, and sticking to it;
- The Editorial Board of the San Bernardino County Sun & The Inland Valley Daily Bulletin Newspapers – for a ringing endorsement;
- Crestline-Courier News/Mountain News & the Yucaipa News-Mirror Newspapers – for representing your communities’ interests;

- San Bernardino Public Employees' Association (S.B.P.E.A.) – for taking a stand because it’s the right thing to do, and for representing your members superbly;
- San Bernardino Police Officers' Association (S.B.P.O.A.) – for being the first Association to jump into the fray with me;
- Safety Employee Benefit Association (S.E.B.A.) – for overwhelming support that took this from a grass-roots campaign to a legitimate crusade to improve the community that you serve every day;
- Ontario Police Officers' Association (O.P.O.A.) – for being the first Association to invite me to meet with your Board;
- Barstow Police Officers' Association (B.P.O.A.) – for inviting me to your meeting, despite being in the midst of contract negotiations;
- Fontana Police Officers' Association (F.P.O.A.) – for believing in what we were trying to do;
- San Bernardino School Police Officers’ Association (S.B.S.P.O.A.) – for welcoming me into your meeting like I truly belonged among you;

Once again – thank you all. I look forward to serving the People of San Bernardino County as their ELECTED Superior Court Judge!
