Thank you ALL!

We did it.

Yesterday, the voters of San Bernardino County confirmed that they demand a change. By an almost 2-to-1 margin, they stood up for justice and accountability.

I want to thank each and every one of my supporters. Some hung signs, others told their friends how to vote. Some gave money, others gave time. Some just gave a hug or a smile when things looked grey. Everyone was invaluable.

I can’t possibly thank every person or group that put their faith in me – so do not feel slighted if you are not among them – but I wanted to give special recognition to:

  • Katie, Maria, Nanny, Andrea, and everyone else on Team Wyatt – I could not have done this without you all – your strength inspired me & drove me to carry on;
  • Melanie Cazin of Surefire Creations – for the best political website I’ve ever seen, and for your limitless energy and enthusiasm;
  • The John & Ken Show – for hours spent educating the public, and for your honest outrage;
  • Dr. Phil McGraw of The Dr. Phil Show – for shining a light on the horrible way Katie was treated;
  • The Republican Party of San Bernardino County – for standing up for what is right, and sticking to it;
  • The Editorial Board of the San Bernardino County Sun & The Inland Valley Daily Bulletin Newspapers – for a ringing endorsement;
  • Crestline-Courier News/Mountain News & the Yucaipa News-Mirror Newspapers – for representing your communities’ interests;
  • www.judgevoterguide.com & www.electionforum.org – for taking the time to research candidates & making unbiased recommendations;
  • Barb Stanton of “The Barb Stanton Show” – for demanding to be on my list of endorsements;
  • San Bernardino Public Employees' Association (S.B.P.E.A.) – for taking a stand because it’s the right thing to do, and for representing your members superbly;
  • San Bernardino Police Officers' Association (S.B.P.O.A.) – for being the first Association to jump into the fray with me;
  • Safety Employee Benefit Association (S.E.B.A.) – for overwhelming support that took this from a grass-roots campaign to a legitimate crusade to improve the community that you serve every day;
  • Ontario Police Officers' Association (O.P.O.A.) – for being the first Association to invite me to meet with your Board;
  • Barstow Police Officers' Association (B.P.O.A.) – for inviting me to your meeting, despite being in the midst of contract negotiations;
  • Fontana Police Officers' Association (F.P.O.A.) – for believing in what we were trying to do;
  • San Bernardino School Police Officers’ Association (S.B.S.P.O.A.) – for welcoming me into your meeting like I truly belonged among you;
  • Supervisor Neil Derry – for asking me to meet with you . . . so you could give me your endorsement;
  • Ms. Shannon Mead - SBPEA Executive Board Member – for recognizing me at the Registrar’s Office and insisting on helping me;
  • Glenn Moss of Moss Bros. Auto Group – for your unqualified generosity;
  • Ms. Ruby Simpson – Commercial Real Estate Women – for your verve, your faith in me, and your wisdom;
  • Hon. Rick Roelle - Apple Valley City Council - for the faith you showed, and the advice you gave;
  • Ms. Treva Webster – for your undying energy and wit;
  • Mr. Raj Maline – for your instant and continuous support;
  • Mr. Frank Williams – for your wisdom & sage advice;
  • Ms. Michelle Beswick – Beswick Family Law Support Services – for your encouragement,
  • Mr. Joshua Arce of Arce Legal Services – for jumping in with both feet, during the 9th inning,
  • Sgt. Zach Sanders – for your words of encouragement & your demonstrated devotion to doing what’s right,
  • . . . and of course, everyone at www.LemkauMustGo.com and www.RemoveLemkau.com, for your grassroots efforts to effect this change!

Once again – thank you all. I look forward to serving the People of San Bernardino County as their ELECTED Superior Court Judge!
